What it does
Roles, statuses, and approvals for vertical business portals.
- Workflow Schema V1 validation and read-only plan previews
- Shared workflow tables and role/capability installation
- Workflow definitions, statuses, transitions, assignments, notes, uploads, audit events
- MCP tools registered through Core’s extension filters
- Arq Blocks portal page generation (preview and create) when Blocks is active
- Read-only admin health screen (mode, table readiness, role readiness)
Requires Arq Core — won’t activate without it. No separate MCP endpoint, auth, write policy, audit, or rollback of its own.
